PANSRO CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: February 2025
At Pansro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make cancellations, returns, and refunds as smooth and transparent as possible.

1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order any time of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel your order, email us at karan00sah@gmail.com or call us at +91-8709792167 with your Order ID.
  • A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method in case of prepaid orders.

After Shipment
Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can initiate a return after receiving the product (if eligible).

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Reasons:
  • Product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
  • Product received is incomplete or missing items.
  • Product is different from what was shown on the website.
Return Conditions:
  • You must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • We may request photographic proof, and unboxing video of the product before approving the return.
  • Non-returnable Items:
  • Products bought under Sale/Offer, clearance items, or customized orders.
  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
3. Return Process
  • Raise Request via email or phone with your Order ID and issue details.
  • We will verify the issue and schedule a reverse pickup (if available in your area).
  • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect and initiate a refund/replacement.
  • Note: If reverse pickup is not available, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
4. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment (for prepaid orders).
  • For COD orders, we will initiate refund via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit (as per your preference).
5. Exchange Policy
  • If you received a damaged or wrong item, we offer free replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
  • If the item is not available, we will issue a full refund or provide store credit.
