PANSRO Shipping Policy

At Pansro (a brand of GPL SALES Enterprise), we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms, timelines, delivery coverage, charges, and other important information related to your order.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted courier and logistics partners. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Custom Products or Pre-orders: May take additional time; timelines will be mentioned on the product page.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier efficiency.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹999.

  • In case of special delivery offers or promotional campaigns, shipping charges may vary (mentioned during checkout).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email/SMS. You can use this to monitor the delivery status on our Track Order page or through the courier’s website.


6. Delays or Delivery Issues

  • We aim to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to weather, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange re-delivery.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

Please do not accept any package that appears to be tampered with, damaged, or open. If you notice any issue, contact us immediately with photos and your order ID.


9. Change of Address

Shipping address changes are only allowed before the order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
